My artwork is available for licensing for print (on paper) as well as electronic reproduction (websites).

Generally speaking, our policy for licensing art for websites is as follows:

~ If you are using artwork for decorative purposes (ie: web design or illustration for your website), upon my approval, nonprofit or personal sites may use up to three images for free as long as they include a link back with a copyright notice. To receive permission, please e-mail your website url and a list of the images you wish to reproduce to e-comment [at] artandwords dot com.

~ If you are interested in reproducing artwork for editorial reasons (ie: you are writing an online article about my work, or reviewing the Goddess Tarot), please send your request to e-comment [at] artandwords dot com. Someone will be in contact with you immediately.

~ Commercial websites (ie: for profit sites, or sites that charge money for services or to promote a business) are charged for a one time licensing fee of $100 per image. A copyright notice *must* be included; it can be in small type, but must be on the page the art is used. This licensing fee does not include the right to reproduce the art in print form.

~ If you are interested in reproducing art from The Goddess Tarot and are a commercial or nonprofit tarot reading website, for legal reasons a small disclaimer *must* be posted to make it clear that The Goddess Tarot is not promoting or affiliated with your business or services.

~ Artwork must not be digitally changed or sampled in any way.

~ The copyright notice for artwork should read as follows:
[title of artwork] © 2007 Kris Waldherr Art and Words. All rights reserved. www.artandwords.com.

~ Please note that unauthorized reproduction of my images or text or designs, electronically or otherwise, is strictly forbidden. To read our full copyright notice, click here.

If you are looking to license the art for print reproduction or another usage:

~ If you are interested in reproducing artwork for editorial reasons (ie: you are writing a magazine article about my work, or reviewing the Goddess Tarot), please send your request to e-comment [at] artandwords dot com. Someone will be in contact with you immediately.

~ All non-editorial print usages are subject to a licensing fee. This fee varies according to the reproduction venue and product circulation. Licensing fees include a cd-rom containing high resolution electronic files of the licensed images, which are color corrected and suitable for high quality print reproduction.
